Phase-II makes the Quick Change tooling system for use with any tool bits for tuning, facing, boring bars or tool inserts for drilling. The sliding grooves at the base allow it to remain permanently mounted on tool posts from any leading brands. It fits well with Aloris and Yuasa tool posts. A single clamping screw with knurled grip is enough to keep the tool inserts in position. This will let you know exactly the tool length going in for specific applications. Phase-II Quick Change Tool Holders are available in different models that can hold tool bits ranging from 3/16 inch up to 1-1/4 inches. Special heavy duty holders are available for holding boring bars. Quick change Morse taper holders for drilling with #2MT, #3MT & #4MT hole sizes are also available. Phase-II quick change tool holders do not come with tool bits, boring bars, drills or carbide inserts.
